MacGregor wins multiple Offshore Self-unloader Order from Chinese Shipyard

Dry Bulk Cement Handling
MacGregor, part of Cargotec, has received an order from Wuhu Xinlian Shipyard in China for eight MacGregor dry bulk cement handling systems. The fully automated pneumatic systems will be installed on two 78 m 12000 bhp 150T BP anchor handling, tug, supply and oil recovery vessels and six 79 m 4000 dwt platform supply vessels.

PhosAgro Signs Contract with GEA Messo

Ammonium Sulphate Production Line
PhosAgro, a vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, has signed a contract for the design, delivery and assembly of equipment for a new ammonium sulphate production line with a capacity of 300000 tonnes per year at PhosAgro-Cherepovets with the German company GEA Messo P.T. PhosAgro subsidiary Mining and Chemical Engineering will do initial engineering and design work for the new production capacity.

The company’s name represents this footprint and its regional approach to managing its operations.

Sedgman awarded AUD133 million EPC Contract

Sedgman has been awarded an EPC contract for a project at the GEMCO Manganese Mine in the Northern Territory. The project will increase the facility’s capacity by 0.5 million tpa.
Manganese Ore Processing
Resource sector services company Sedgman Limited (ASX:SDM) has been awarded an AUD 133 million EPC contract for a project at the Groote Eylandt Mining Company (GEMCO) Manganese Mine. Groote Eylandt is located in the Gulf of Carpentaria in the Northern Territory, Australia. The project will increase the facility’s capacity by 0.5 million tpa by re-processing manganese ore stored in tailings stockpiles.
