By the end of 2017, Robert Zimmermann is going to retire as one of the managing partners of the AZO Group in Osterburken. The management responsibility, which is currently shared by Robert and Rainer Zimmermann, will be transferred to Rainer Zimmermann as the sole managing partner, thus keeping the AZO Group as a family business owned by the Zimmermann families.

Caterpillar reports solid First-Quarter but predicts Headwinds for the rest of 2015

Caterpillar announced its First-Quarter 2015 Results on April 23. The company delivered solid results for the first quarter of this year, including higher profit than in the first quarter of 2014. In each of the remaining three quarters of 2015, however, the company expect sales and profit to be lower than the first quarter.
