A mobile Solution for fast, frequent Stockpile Volume Reporting

With I-Site Drive operations can now use the one laser scanner for tripod, vehicle-mounted stop-go, rail or hatch-mounted survey, and continuous survey.
Stockpile Measurement
Maptek has released I-Site Drive to provide mines, quarries and industrial operations with a faster, more accurate system for frequent stockpile volume reporting. I-Site Drive links the laser scanner directly with GPS to generate the stockpile profile as it is circumnavigated. The volume is accurately calculated without estimating or inferring from unknown points.

Asgco’s new Razor-Back Retractable Belt Conveyor Cleaning System can be accessed and removed from outside of the chute, without breaking the plane of the conveyor. The Asgco engineering department has developed the technology after customer feedback and delivered “a product with all of the cleaning efficiency of our patented Razor-Back cleaners, now with unparalleled service access.” This innovative design greatly reduces downtime and eliminates the need for confined space permits.

A Pneumatic Conveying Concept for gentle Material Transport

Pelletron offers various types of pneumatic conveying systems for powders and other granular applications.
Pneumatic Conveying
Any pneumatic conveying system creates friction and fines. In addition to the optimized Strandphase conveying, Pelletron uses Pellbow pipe bends to further reduce the creation of fines and the DeDuster to remove remaining fines. Pelletron calls the combination of all three pellcon3. According to Pelletron, the resulting conveying system reduces friction and creation of fines, is easy to operate, easy to maintain and low in investment costs.

Low Maintenance, Heavy Duty Screw Conveyor Solutions

RUD screw conveyor systems are used for horizontal, inclined and vertical transportation.
Screw Conveyors
RUD Chains is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of round steel chains, producing components and systems for a wide variety of markets and applications. They offer a range of product solutions to the bulk materials industry, and design, fit and manufacture complete conveyor and drive systems, such as bucket elevators and chain conveyors for bulk materials handling.

From Garbage to Gold

The Milltronics made MMI belt scale and BW500 integrator need only minimum space.
Conveyor Belt Scale
What if you could reduce a time-consuming, complicated task from every other day to once a month? An integrated solid waste management company in India tried just that. Organic waste from the local municipality arrives at the company's facility and is loaded onto a conveyor. The company uses a belt scale to control and totalize the feed of material. The totalized amounts are used to calculate the price of waste from the city, so the company required accuracy and reliability.

EuroChem Group, Maire Tecnimont, SACE sign MoU for Construction of 5 Plants

In Russia, EuroChem and Maire Tecnimont will work together on three Projects: an ammonia-urea facility in Nevinnomyssk and an ammonia plant in Kingisepp, the latter including an additional Project to integrate urea production.
Ammonia-Urea Plant Projects
EuroChem Group AG, Maire Tecnimont and SACE jointly announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in relation to the construction of five ammonia-urea plants to be commissioned in Russia, the United States and Kazakhstan over the next 10 years. The Projects will provide EuroChem with an additional five million tonnes of ammonia and 7.5 million tonnes of urea capacity per annum.

Clean and long-lasting Conveyors

In belt conveying, most of the dust is develops at and just after the loading point.
Conveyor Belt Cleaning
Belt loading and material transfer point, resp., are prone to increased spillage and wear, due to the impact of the falling material and its settling. Newly developed slider cradles minimise these undesirable effects. Located under the skirt board in the chute box after the impact cradle, the units utilize “double-life” slider bars, which offer a superior seal with low friction.
