According to Haver & Boecker, the Ty-Max heavy-duty tensioned polyurethane screen sections take on even the most abrasive materials that are processed in mining and aggregates industries and screen them with ease. While other polyurethane screens are injection molded, Haver & Boecker uses a specially formulated cast polyurethane that results in a 20 to 30% longer wear life, the company says.

This technology, manufactured into the company’s Aggre-Dry Dewatering Washer, reroutes minus 25 mm material fines from an onboard dewatering screen back to the integrated sand screw.
